CUPINOX must be added to the adhesives when they are prepared in the mixer. The adhesive mixing time should be enough for a complete homogenization of the mixture.
The required active ingredient concentration is from 100 to 160 g/m³ of plywood for urea-formaldehyde adhesives, and 160 g/m³ of plywood for phenol-formaldehyde adhesives, which is equivalent to 2 to 3.2 kg of CUPINOX per m³ of plywood (or glued wood) for urea-formaldehyde adhesives, or 3.2 kg of CUPINOX per m³ of plywood (or glued wood) for phenol-formaldehyde adhesives.
It is recommended for adhesives with added insecticide preservation agents to be used as soon as possible after mixing.
For best results, it is recommended to use plywood sheets thinner than 3 mm.
