JIMO Silicone is a premium product with high water resistance because it uses only silicone oil to provide shine. It does not contain shine additives such as petroleum jelly, glycerin, or sugar syrups in its composition.
Car use: can be applied to dashboards, door sides, side moldings, consoles, tires and rubber parts, as well as car, motorcycle, trailer, and bus bumpers.
Industrial use: demolding of parts in the injection process, non-carbonizing for rubber and plastics in general. Due to its low surface tension, it spreads easily over clean surfaces, making them water-repellent and non-stick.
Creates a protective layer against moisture and oxidation on metallic and non-metallic surfaces
Apply pure JIMO SILICONE in small amounts using a soft cloth or sponge, spreading it with circular motions. Then polish with a dry cloth or rag.
ATTENTION: avoid contact of the product with automotive glass. To prevent slipperiness, do not apply on floors, pedals, or leather upholstery.
In rare cases, where low ultraviolet radiation and organic solvent-resistant pigments are used in the manufacturing of plastics, the solvent in the JIMO SILICONE formulation—or any other organic solvent—may cause whitening of the part to which it is applied.
In these cases, use JIMO SILICONE in GEL or AEROSOL versions.
