JIMO Água-Repelente 700 is a ready-to-use, water-based water repellent developed to protect porous surfaces. It contains microparticles that penetrate, react with, and bond strongly to the substrate, forming a chemical barrier that repels water and reduces absorption.
Repels rainwater, preventing mold, mildew, efflorescence, and darkening on vertical or sloped surfaces such as walls, facades, and roofs.

JIMO Água-Repelente 700 must be applied to clean, dry, porous surfaces free of irregularities (holes, cracks, fissures, peeling) and free of dust, chalking, efflorescence, and oil or grease stains. Never apply to damp surfaces; wait at least 48 to 72 hours of dry, sunny weather before applying.
Stir the product before use. Apply from top to bottom with a brush, wide brush, or spray gun, using a generous coat of JIMO Água-Repelente 700 until the surface is evenly wetted, without dripping. On highly absorbent surfaces, you can apply up to two coats, as long as it's wet-on-wet, with less than 15 minutes between the first and second coat.
On substrates with low porosity, remove any excess product with a dry cloth to avoid staining.
Surfaces treated with JIMO Água-Repelente 700 can receive paints or any other solvent-based finish. Water-based paints cannot be applied, since the product's water-repellent action prevents them from adhering.
The product dries in 24 to 48 hours. Full curing occurs in three weeks, depending on local climate conditions.
